Your last run before the big one.London, you’ve trained, you’ve tapered, and now race day is almost here. But first, it’s time for one last 5k shakeout run to get your legs warmed up and ready for those 26.2 miles. Join our biggest shakeout event ever, led by lululemon Ambassadors Charlie Dark, founder of Run Dem Crew and Andre Coggins, founder of Mafia Moves. Plus, there will be exclusive free lululemon T-shirts, as well as a chance to refuel with food and drinks after the run and connect with runners on the same journey as you. See you there! Where: 83 Rivington Street, Shoreditch, EC2A 3AY When: Saturday 25 April 2026 Plan of action:8:15 am —Arrive, check in, and collect your shakeout T-shirt.9:00 am—Warm up.9:15 am—Leave for The Shakeout Run.10:15am -11 am—Finish your run and enjoy food and drinks with the group. Things to note:<ul><li>Please arrive on time, so that you can take part in the pre-run warm-up session</li></ul><ul><li>Open to all run abilities</li></ul><ul><li>T-shirts are on a first come, first served basis</li></ul><ul><li>A changing room and bag drop are available, but space is limited</li></ul><ul><li>There will be a hydration station at the venue</li></ul>
