out of the blueis a multi-arts venue committed to providing space for a range of community arts activities including exhibitions, classes, rehearsals, special events, meetings, performances, markets and festivals.

Omawick. A small town on the edge of a big town. A place with a rich history and a strong community spirit. But recently times have been hard and change is needed. The Fair is coming. Change is coming. But is it the change that the community wants? Who speaks for Omawick and what will be left behind once the Fair has moved on? Inspired by the current Save Leith Walk campaign, The Sideshow continues the successful partnership between Active Inquiry and Strange Town, this year in collaboration with All or Nothing. It is part of the Displaced project exploring gentrification and regeneration in Leith and beyond. This also includes the multimedia exhibition Layers of Leith: My Leith. Your Leith.
