The Grenfell Tower Inquiry Phase 2 Report recommended the creation of a single construction regulator to bring together oversight of the industry. This landmark proposal aims to reduce regulatory fragmentation and drive meaningful cultural change across the sector.

In this exclusive session for CIBSE network volunteers, CIBSE’s Head of Government Affairs, Sam Baptist, will provide an overview of what a single regulator could look like, what it could mean for the future of CIBSE, and how CIBSE is responding to the Government’s prospectus on reform. You will also have the opportunity to raise any questions you have with Sam.

While many details are still emerging, this session will equip you with the insight and confidence to engage your members in informed discussions about what a single construction regulator could mean for them and for the wider industry.
