Can I bring a friend or colleague?

There are 10 places, and we welcome up to 2 people from the same company or organisation.  We ask that you each complete a booking form so if either cannot attend, we can release the place to the waiting list.

Question 2

Will I need to do research about my current carbon impact first, bring along any paperwork etc?

Accepted Answer

Unlike many carbon accounting tools there’s no need to gather complex data –  your existing knowledge combined with the Small99 Estimator is usually 80-90% accurate,  and for most people's purposes, this is more than good enough. Of course if you want to gather some information beforehand please do.

Why is it free?

Linda and Joey are active members of the sustainability community and are committed to helping people to make a difference,  balancing their time with volunteering and paid work. Donations to  Transition Chipping Norton , a registered charity, would be are welcomed.

Question 4

Is there car parking?

Accepted Answer

There are paid car parks at Albion Street and New Street.   Chopping Norton also has free parking areas in the town centre however these are mostly restricted to 2 hours.  Of course, being a sustainability event we encourage you to use public transport or lift share wherever possible!

Do you do  these for companies / not for profits?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we run workshops specifically for in house delivery, for whole teams,  departments or organisations. Contact Linda Aspey to discuss.
