Fear hides as tension. Sadness becomes fatigue. Shame lives in the gut. Grief freezes the breath. And the body remembers it all.
This is not just a breathwork session.
It’s an immersive somatic experience for anyone ready to reconnect with their body, move stored emotion, and build personal tools for long-term emotional resilience and body awareness.
In this 2-hour session, you’ll be guided through a carefully designed sequence of:
- Transformational breathwork (trauma-informed, nervous system aware)
- Somatic practices to support emotional release and reconnection with the body
- Acupressure, sound, and movement to shift stuck energy
- Space to explore altered states of consciousness, inner clarity, and self-regulation
- Practices you can take home and use when life gets overwhelming
Each month has a theme—but your breath will guide your process.
May Theme: Releasing Grief, Sadness & Depression Stored in the Body
We’ll focus on heart-softening, emotional flow, and reclaiming lightness after long periods of suppression and inner heaviness.
You don’t have to “relate” to the theme. Your body knows where to take you.
You’ll receive what you need—whether or not your mind understands it.
This session is ideal for those who:
