In celebration of our new Catapult presence at Space Park Leicester, we’re delighted to invite you to our first-ever event, taking place on Wednesday 13th October 2021. The event taking place in a hybrid format will allow attendees, in-person and virtually, to see the opportunities and value of our business support programme. As well as giving you the chance to meet the Satellite Applications Catapult team based at Space Park Leicester, the event will focus primarily on our exciting new business support programme, the ‘Space Commercialisation Engine’. The Space Commercialisation Engine provides a dedicated blend of design and business capability, with access to Earth Observation data and expertise, to grow your business and make a difference. During the event, which will take place between 9 am to 1 pm, you will also hear about the latest developments from within the East Midlands’ growing space cluster as well as meeting representatives from some fantastic space-focused organisations. In a long and distinguished career, he has been Economics Editor of Newsnight and Economics Editor at The Guardian, Editor-in-Chief of The Observer and Chief Executive of The Work Foundation. Will was Principle of Hertford College for nine years until August 2020.
