📘 A structured morning workshop led by Clare Harford — practical, facilitated, and workbook-led. No lectures. No jargon. Just honest, useful support in a room full of people doing exactly what you're doing.
📝 The Getting Started Workbook — yours to keep. A guided tool that takes you through your business foundations, your finances, your offer, your market, and your first 90 days.
🎯 A 90-day plan — every participant leaves with a personal action plan, written and committed to in the room.
🤝 Afternoon drop-in 1-2-1 slots — individual 30-minute sessions with Clare, bookable in advance for those who want personal guidance after the workshop.
💻 Free Business Club access — all attendees receive free access to Clare's weekly Business Club for the duration of the programme. A live Zoom peer support session, every week, between monthly workshops.
The programme covers five essential areas:
