The Stillness Circle returns on Sunday 18th January, at The Light House, from 15:30 to 18:00. Join Sandra in a community that welcomes all, held in a space of warmth and belonging. Once more, together, we pause and take time to ground ourselves, softening into presence to remember who we are. 💫With care, Sandra will guide you into the Stillness within, through Cacao, Intention Setting, Breathwork, Yin Yoga and Meditation. A sharing from her heart to yours. 💕These are truly wonderful gatherings.
The cost to join covers everything you will need for the afternoon.
The Light House is easily accessible by public transport, only a 8 minute walk from Wandsworth Town Train Station and a 15 minute walk from either Parsons Green or Fulham Broadway Tube Stations. The studio offers 10 on site parking spaces, at Stephendale Yard, available on a first come first served basis.
