About this event

What does Wisdom mean to you? Is it something we are born with, or is it something we can nurture? Wisdom was one of the four cardinal virtues for the ancient Stoics, and its cultivation was an essential part of the Stoic path. In this half-day course, we will contemplate, through discussion and guided meditation, our understanding of Wisdom, we will consider what it meant to the ancient Stoics, and then we will explore ways in which we can cultivate it for modern living.
