The Technology Gap: Let’s Begin Solving it

When we implement change, large or small, there are often significant gains to be made by addressing gaps around the firm’s existing software. Some of the gain becomes obvious in utilisation but more importantly, with people working less during evenings and weekends to keep up.

For a decade Daniel Fox has worked with firms who all share a similar challenge: a technology gap. This will not stop anyone completing their work because after a period of time people accept ‘that is how it works’ or don’t want to be seen as complaining.

Daniel will explain how to identify the technology gap with each team, how to address challenges and most importantly, prevent this occurring again in the future.
