The Centre for Business, Organisations and Society(CBOS) is a research centre in the University of Bath School of Management. We conduct interdisciplinary, high quality and high impact research on sustainability and business. We work with business, government and the third sector to encourage collaborative research and develop best practice.Our mission is to:rethink the role and responsibilities of business in creating a sustainable society; andprovide a theoretically and empirically robust evidence base to help get us there

Are you an academic working in the business and society field? Come and join us for an evening of discussion and inspiration around the role of social media in responsible business research.
This event is for academics working in business and society research, and is designed to break the silence around the use of social media in supporting research activities. We will focus on the highs and the lows: how great it is to build an engaging audience online yet how challenging it can be to put time aside to nurture a social media presence when we also face the competing tasks of research, teaching and university administration. 
We will also share more about the #thinklist – a quarterly list of the most influential faculty thinkers on issues of responsible business in social media – and hear from the faces behind the screens, our ‘thinkers’ themselves.
