Come to this embroidery workshop at the Urban Maker Summer Market, Mile End Ecology Pavilion!The Thrival Library is a collection of tools, or things, we use to survive and thrive in a world not built for our survival.Learn some simple embroidery stitches with this workshop and make your very own empowering tool patch. Celebrating the things that make you happy and strong, and able to go on.We use cotton thread and felt off-cuts, making a sustainable workshop suitable for all levels. “I loved the choice of thread and fabrics on offer. It was really fun to think about what to make and embroider something special to me.” Recent workshopee If you need to leave early or are still going you can take some thread home with you to finish it off.Add your patch to your favourite jacket or any item of clothing for ultimate personalisation ♥️
