This workshop is a mental health workshop. That takes places once a week, online for 8 weeks. Each session last 2 hours long.

The Undefeated Mind’s workshop, is a mental health workshop that takes you through the journey to an Undefeated Mind. It is based on my book release called 'The Journey To An Undefeated Mind'. The workshop is 8 sessions long, but I will be spreading this across 8 weeks and each session last 2 hours. There are 2 days you can pick from, Thursdays or Fridays. Which ever one works better for you across the 8 weeks.In each session, I'll take you through each chapter of my book and we talk about how you can unlock your Undefeated Mind in each stage of your journey you are facing. The sessions are like a group therapy session, as I share my story I encourage others to share their also. Each session has a mixture of affirmations, games, conversations and reflections. My aim is that at the end of the 8 weeks, you'll have a better understanding on how you can unlock your Undefeated Mind.
