What is Somatic Work?

Somatic work is a body-based approach to nervous system regulation that recognises the deep connection between the body and mind.

Through somatic practices, shaking, tapping and presence, it helps release stored tension, integrate past experiences, and restore nervous system balance without the need to revisit trauma stories verbally.

Benefits of Somatic Work:

Release of stored stress and trauma symptoms.

Increased awareness of sensations and emotions.

Improved self-regulation and resilience.

Greater sense of safety, presence, and embodiment.

What is Conscious Connected Breathing?

Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB) is a breathing method where inhale and exhale flow continuously without pauses.

This pattern oxygenates the body, calms the mind, and helps surface and release unconscious patterns, emotions, and blocks.

Benefits of CCB:

Emotional release and mental clarity.

Deep relaxation and stress relief.

Greater connection to intuition and inner wisdom.

Enhanced vitality and energy flow.

Why combining the two is so powerful

Somatic work prepares the body and nervous system by gently creating safety and release, making it easier to go deeper during breathwork.

Breathwork then amplifies and deepens the release, accessing emotional, physical, and energetic layers.

Together, they create a holistic journey where you leave feeling more grounded, clear, and connected to yourself.
