The Wellbeing Reset Session is a gentle, supportive space where women can step out of the noise of everyday life and into a few hours of calm, nourishment and connection. Each session we’ll combine thoughtful conversation, simple wellbeing insights, food-focused nourishment and restorative practices to support body, mind and energy.
There’s no fixing, striving or pressure to perform. Just practical support, shared experience and time to pause — so you leave feeling steadier, clearer and quietly replenished.
This session is focused on the body and mind in peri- and post- menopause
Whether you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed, foggy or simply in need of a reset, this is an opportunity to relax, refuel and reconnect in a way that fits real life.
Come as you are. Leave feeling supported, nourished and a little more grounded.
This session is for you if you:
- Are experiencing menopausal symptoms and want to know how to manage them
- Want to find optimal health beyond the menopause
- Feel tired, wired, foggy or a bit “off” and want to feel more steady again
- Are juggling a lot and rarely make time to properly rest
- Want practical wellbeing support without rigid rules or extremes
- Enjoy thoughtful conversation and learning in a calm, supportive space
- Are curious about how food, rest, stress and mindset affect how you feel day to day during this transitional time of life.
This session may not be for you if you:
- Are looking for a quick fix, detox or strict plan
- Prefer high-energy, fast-paced workshops
- Want a session focused solely on weight loss or exercise
- Don’t enjoy group settings or shared discussion
The Wellness Reset Session is co-hosted by Rachel Page, a registered nutritionist and health coach, who specialises in supporting women aged 40+ to improve mood, energy and focus by finding ways of eating and moving that works for you.
The Wellness Reset Session is co-hosted by Kathryne Scully, a wellness champion who sets out to help women feel happier in themselves and in life and to look on the positive side of life.
