Where will the event be hosted & how do I get there?

The event will be in the upstairs floor of the Boathouse, in Christchurch. This is in the city centre location with options for paid and free parking nearby, also good bus & train links.

What age group is this event best suited for?

Most of my events are generally for women aged 35+, however this is an open event with no specific age group. The event is based on lost identity, building confidence, quieting inner critic & improving self care.

Will there be food or drink available?

We will have access in the room to tea & coffee. If you wish to purchase any other drinks, snacks or meals, there is options at the bar downstairs. The bar can also provide water.

I am Styliana Lee, (English but born in RAF base Akrotiri Cyrpus). I am a mum of a 2 year old boy & work full time. After spending years working with a life coach, reading & studying wellness I decided to work as a confidence coach building retreats, programs & workshops for women.
