Thermoduric Workshop

Thermoduric Workshop will be a practical session focused on the procedures dairy farmers can use to identify, control and eliminate thermoduric bacteria on-farm. Our guest speaker, Lyle Hardman, is a dairy hygienist and chemical application expert at Calibre Control with more than 20 years of experience in the dairy industry. As thermodurics can significantly reduce product shelf life and overall quality, ultimately affecting your milk price, this workshop will provide guidance to help protect your milk quality.
