As the final event of the ThinkSpace | Food Series, this event will explore how all our senses interact around taste and how our physical surroundings can enhance or detract from our sensory experiences.
The previous ThinkSpace Food events take place on 2nd May and 29th May
On June 19th, the speakers are:
Barry Smith, Professor at London University’s Institute of Advanced Studies, will discuss how hearing different types of music can affect our sense of taste.
Paul Schutze will discuss his practice as an artist working with sound, image and fragrance.
Ian Ritchie, architect, will outline how he would design a perfect space for eating.
