We’ve got a perfect after-work treat for you, courtesy of the super talented Chelsie at Studio Dawn.
We’re taking over Chelsie’s Media City studio for a creative workshop where she’ll teach us how to make heart shaped trinket trays using eco-resin.
Learn the art of dyeing and pouring eco-resin to create a set of heart-shaped trinket trays in your chosen colours.
No experience needed. All materials will be provided. Chelsie will be on hand throughout to guide you through the process one step at a time. All you need to bring is some enthusiasm and some clothes you don't mind getting a bit messy.
During the workshop, enjoy a range of snacks (including vegan and gluten free options) as well as soft drinks, teas and bubbly. Cocktails and mocktails will be available to buy on arrival.
Head home with two heart trays each, a small goody-bag and some new friends!
Don’t worry about coming to this event on your own, most people at Third Place events have never met before so we’ll all be in the same boat.

What will happen at the event?
- Once you've bought a ticket, about a week before the event, Bethany (Third Place Founder) will create a WhatsApp group for the attendees so you can put faces to the Third Place team and say 'hi' to the other attendees if you'd like to.
- When you arrive, a member of the Third Place team will be there to greet you outside Studio Dawn.
- We’ll be taking over the whole studio, so it’s just us Manchester gals.
- Grab a drink and a snack and get settled in.
- Chelsie will explain how to make the trinket trays and we’ll get started.
- Get making and chatting!
- Chelsie will be on hand to help throughout.
- At 9pm, we’ll say our goodbyes.
Costs
- Tickets cost £29 and are non-refundable.
- Tickets include refreshments, all materials to make two eco-resin heart shaped trinket trays, a small goody bag and guidance from Chelsie.
- Cocktails and mocktails are available to buy on arrival at Studio Dawn.

Tram - The Media City tram stop is a 7-minute walk from the venue.
Bus - The number 50 bus stops outside Quayside shopping centre and is a 2-minute walk from the venue.
Car - The closest car park is located within Quayside shopping centre (M50 3AH).
Dress code
There's no dress code. Just come as you are. Be mindful that your clothes might get a bit messy whilst making the trinket trays.
