Third Thursday Cowork

Third Thursday Cowork

Overview

Cowork. Connect. Change your scenery.

If you spend most days building solo - maybe you're a remote developer, tech founder, or part of a small team with no office - you’re probably not craving another networking event. You just want somewhere new to work, good coffee, and people who speak fluent keyboard.

This is that.

Join SETsquared Bath for a focused, no-fuss coworking afternoon for people in tech.
No speakers. No icebreakers. No name tags. Just workspace, wifi, tea, coffee, and pastries. Bring your laptop, settle in, and work alongside others who get it.

A friendly tech facilitator, Tim Robinson, will be on hand to make light-touch intros if you want them. Or don’t. It’s a choose-your-own-interaction kind of vibe.

Tim helps organisations turn ideas into working things - fast.

He sits at the intersection of product, delivery, and AI adoption, with over 20 years’ experience supporting teams and leaders to improve how value actually flows through organisations, not just how it’s described in frameworks or plans.

His current focus is on practical AI adoption: using modern AI tools to reduce friction, shorten feedback loops, and move ideas into usable prototypes quickly - without unnecessary complexity or risk. He is particularly interested in closing the gap between concept and reality, so teams can learn through use rather than debate.

Tim has worked across large, regulated organisations and early-stage ventures, often in environments where clarity is low, constraints are real, and outcomes matter. His bias is toward simple, testable solutions over grand designs.

He builds and prototypes frequently - sometimes to explore an idea, sometimes to help others see what’s possible, and always to learn faster.

If a team is trying to cut through noise, test assumptions early, or move from intention to something tangible, Tim’s work usually resonates.

📍 University of Bath Innovation Centre
🗓️ Every third Thursday of the month
🕑 Afternoon (14:00 - 17:00)
☕ Free to attend – bring your work, we’ve got the rest

To close the day, you're warmly invited to walk over with us to Newark Works for Third Thursday, the monthly social for people working in - or curious about - the tech scene in Bath. It kicks off at 6pm, just across the river.

Come for the coworking. Stay for the community.
