Thirsty Thursdays: kombucha on tap, cocktails, plant bites and creative vibes in a candlelit microbrewery. Sip, unwind, connect.
EVERY THURSDAY FROM 8 JAN 2026 · UNTIL 11PM
Wild IS Earth – Kombucha Microbrewery & Wild Creative Space, Kentish Town
Every Thursday evening, the shutters rise and the microbrewery softens into its candlelit self — kombucha cocktails flowing, music drifting, people gathering, ideas sparking.
A gentle antidote to the treadmill of capitalist life; a reminder that we live for more than deadlines and weekends.
The main-floor bar opens to all, pouring kombucha cocktails (boozy + alcohol-free), low-intervention wines, craft beers and our signature kombucha on tap — a rare living draught experience in London, served directly from the brewery.
WISE 330ml bottles brewed on site are available to take away (and return), inviting you into the circular rhythm that keeps our reusable closed-loop system alive.
These evenings welcome work crews, friendship circles, neighbours and curious wanderers — anyone seeking a space a little wilder, softer, more honest. A place to reconnect, breathe, create, or simply be human again.
THIRSTY THURSDAYS also hold gentle space for expression:
read a poem, tap a beat on the cajón or pandero, share a thought, spark a moment.
Always optional. Always held with respect and sensitivity.
Arrive early, claim a corner, bring your people.
Stay late, sip slowly. Let the room breathe with you.
• Seasonal kombucha cocktails
• Mocktails using house ferments
• Low-intervention wines
• Craft beers
• WISE 330ml bottles (returnable)
• Candlelight, soft beats and spacious community energy
Drop in, book a table, or come as a group — the evening unfolds at its own pace.
• Glowing Skin Mocktail — Tarty Rosehip & Hibiscus kombucha, homemade rosehip syrup, Sicilian lemon juice, sparkling San Pellegrino
• Beet Negroni — Campari, gin, Cocchi vermouth, Tarty Rosehip & Hibiscus kombucha, beetroot, edible blood orange
• Fiery Mule — Whiskey, house Calabrese chilli syrup, Fiery Lemon & Gingered Turmeric kombucha
• Fungi Chinotto Martini — House chinotto, seven-medicinal-mushroom blend, organic Exhale coffee, rosemary–vanilla syrup, vodka
The bar stays open until 11pm.
Stay for the drinks, the company, the rhythm — kombucha cocktails, botanical mocktails, low-intervention wines and soft global beats drifting through the night.
A gentle, communal evening held by conversation, creativity and the quiet pulse of fermentation all around us.
Alongside the drinks, enjoy plant-powered bites:
• Nourishing British plant pies
• And soon — a slowly rising Wild Kitchen
Upstairs, workshops, gatherings or quiet creative sessions may open as the night unfolds — all of us bubbling together under one roof, held by dancing microbes and the mycelial threads tying mood, food and community into one living ecosystem.
And yes, the cajón waits for whoever feels brave enough to tap out a heartbeat.
By joining us, you’re sustaining a women-led, low-waste, fermentation-forward creative space devoted to community, circularity and conscious living.
Your presence helps grow a space where kombucha, creativity and connection ferment side by side.
Wild IS Earth is more than a microbrewery — it’s a living creative lab shaped by fermentation, fungi and imagination.
If you’re an artist, musician, bio-designer, maker, poet or curious mind, this space is an open invitation.
We experiment with mushroom-based materials grown from brewery waste, SCOBY leather from every batch, and other regenerative processes.
Some Thursdays evolve into spontaneous jams, sketching corners, spoken-word offerings or small circles dreaming up new bio-design ideas.
Bring your craft, your curiosity, your playful spark — or simply soak in the creativity around you.
This is a home for open minds, joyful innovation and the kind of conversations that carry the future forward.
Stay for the creativity.
Leave feeling a little more wild.**
Toast to the wild — and to the dancing microbes that bring it all to life.
