this place [of mine] Summer Pop-Up Programme continues into day two. Join our free digital workshop with Izzy Bolt exploring Stalybridge heritage and futurism.Workshop 2 - this place [in code], Create 3D objects in virtual space with React.jsIn this hands-on workshop, you&#x27;ll capture all the colours, texture and pattern that makes Stalybridge unique and turn it into a collection of 3D objects. In the first half off the workshop, you&#x27;ll walk the HAZ trail with Izzy, using your phones to capture colours and textures from the streets, buildings and nature around Stalybridge. You&#x27;ll then head back to the workshop area to learn how to transform these images into computerised textures and map them onto 3D objects in a virtual space, using React.js. Age: 13+Skill level: Javascript coding experienceWhat to bring with you: your smartphone Computers are available for all sessions but you may wish to bring your own laptop, so you can continue experimenting at home.Sessions are FREE, however sign up to this event is required and only a limited number of spaces will be available.
