Join us as we celebrate the launch of our Women&#x27;s Workspace at Newcastle City Library with a poetic extravaganza!We&#x27;ll have poets Lizzie Lovejoy, Kate Fox and Mwelwa Chilekwa taking to the stage to explore themes of womanhood, focusing on the need for safety in public spaces. This event is produced by The Exchange, a group of local women who want to improve the lives of women in the North East and will debut new poetry and art that has been created and commissioned by the group. Our new Women&#x27;s Workspace will be an inclusive place for women to study and work at City Library. There&#x27;ll be a free creche available for the duration of this event (first-come-first-served - please book space in advance).
