Our Thrive2gether Group supports your 2 year old's development and supports families with setting strong foundations for the future.
Our Thrive2gether Group consists of small group settings where your child will be observed through play ensuring they are growing, developing, learning and thriving to become school ready. There will be health professionals present who will provide health promotion advice and support. Your child will also be given the opportunity to have their height and weight measured so please ensure you bring your child’s red book to the appointment.
