Access Information

If you are attending in-person, please visit the SOLT & UK Theatre Accessibility page on our website for detailed information.

  • Attendees who require a Carer or Companion to accompany them to the forum can book a free Carer ticket by emailing events@soltukt.co.uk.
  • Ramp access at ground floor level (there is otherwise one step into the building) - please let us know if you require this in the access requirements section when booking.
  • Reception and conference rooms are located on the first floor of the building. This can be accessed by the lift or via 25 stairs. Accessible toilets are available on the first and second floors.
  • Assistance Dogs welcome throughout the building and to all events - the nearest park is Victoria Embankment Gardens (by Embankment tube station – 0.4 miles away).
  • Hearing loop systems are available in the meeting and conference rooms.
  • Regular breaks will be scheduled throughout the afternoon.

Can I join online?

This is an in person event only, taking place at SOLT & UK Theatre's London office.

Who should attend?

This year's forum is aimed at ticketing professionals in the theatre industry, particularly Heads of Department and those at managerial level.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my place?

You can cancel up until 7 working days prior to the event and receive a full refund (not including Eventbrite fees, which are non-refundable). Any cancellations after this will not be refunded, but funds can be transferred to a future SOLT & UK Theatre event up to one year later.
