Free activities, community priced refreshments.

Tiger is currently operating out of All Souls Church &amp; Community Centre, Ilkeston Road, Nottingham NG7 3HF.We are still supporting the mental health and wellbeing of our community. Join us for a weekly Tiger Community Cafe.Tiger Community Cafe:<ul><li>Refreshments available 11am - 3pm including drinks, snacks, sandwiches and cakes</li><li>Nutritious Tiger Eats Cooked lunch - choose from our current chilled meals offer</li><li>Free activities to support mental heath and wellbeing</li><li>We offer a warm and welcoming space to all visitors. Don't worry if you are on your own, there will be friendly people to chat to</li></ul>Everyone is welcome to come along, make new friends, keep warm whilst you do an activity, enjoy a cuppa and some food.Attendance is free, drinks and food are available at community prices.
