Online workshops, designed for charities | Available to watch NOW and on-demand!
Let us describe a 'standard' week at a charity, and you can have a think if it sounds familiar.
You have a clearly defined schedule at the start of the week. Essential tasks, project work, meetings, routine jobs and strategizing sessions. But, by the second day of the week you're already postponing things, skipping the 'non-essential' stuff and before you know it, this is the norm. Constantly reacting to things and simply trying (sometimes in vain) to stay on top of the essentials whilst none of the big picture or long term planning work gets done.
After all, who has time for a 2-3hr meeting on where you want to be 2-3 years from now when there's 101 things that need to be done before next month?!
Ringing any bells?
Time management is an absolutely crucial skill and element of sound charity management. and it absolutely is not something that everyone has or that comes naturally to most.
It may sound like simply learning how to schedule a bit better, but as this workshop will demonstrate, it's so much more.
Having a solid time management plan mean you truly can have your cake and eat it. You can get everything you need done, still have time to spend time on the work you really want to be doing and at the same time manage to do all of this with less stress or anxiety.
Sound too good to be true? It really does, doesn't it! But here's the thing, there's no catch. No special talent or complex skills required. No intricate or long winded strategies needed.
The process of transitioning to a truly efficient time management regime is simple enough. It requires some effort intitialy, but as this workshop will show categorically, it's something any charity, big or small, can do.
So, if you working weeks are a mixture of overrunning meetings, missed appointments and targets all wrapped up with feelings of stress and anxiety, watch this workshop right now!
A simple 1hr 25 mins of your time could free up entire weeks of free time for your diary in the future (yes, we said "entire weeks")
