In this event you will have an opportunity to connect with various Time to Change (TTC) hubs who will continue to work beyond March 2021 when Time to Change ceases to exist.

There will be presentations from TTC hubs and Champions Group with opportunity to network in smaller groups in breakout rooms. We also have some fun activities planned for you. Join us for this online free event on Zoom.

Please note you need to log in with the same email address you use to register and buy your ticket on Eventbrite.

When you are registering you will have to select ONE and only ONE breakout room from the following four options to join on the event day:

1. Music Helps My Mental Health – if you often find that music helps you to talk about your mental health experiences, then please choose this group;

2. Expressing Myself Through Writing – if you like to challenging mental health stigma through poetry, verse, diary or journaling, this group should be your selection;

3. Raising awareness through art: if art helps to give a form to your thoughts, this is the breakout room for you; and

4. Running and sport for mental health: if fitness and mental health awareness go hand in hand for you, this is the place you want to be.
