Description

Be. The Centre for Wellbeing are supporting Time to Talk Day by Time to Change. Too many people with mental health problems are made to feel isolated, worthless and ashamed. Time to Talk Day is a chance for all of us to be more open about mental health – to talk, to listen, to change lives.

Be. The Centre for Wellbeing is hosting a programme of events on Time to Talk Day 1st February in our office base in MEA House Newcastle to encourage open discussion around mental health in the workplace.
