I ntro/Carer Wellbeing - Tuesday 9th January 7pm - 8:30pm
Education - Thursday 8th February 10am - 11:30am
S ocial care/Health - Wednesday 13th March 7pm - 8:30pm
I ndependent living/community - Thursday 18th April 10am - 11:30am

They will be:

packed with information on different issues we face in transition into adulthood and/or adult services.

pre-recorded and sent after each session, so you can watch at a time that suits you.

a chance to meet with other parents and carers and share ideas and support.

Join the Time To Talk Next Steps and Contact team in a relaxed setting to share experiences, chat with other parent/carers and get information that may be useful to help you in your role as a carer, advocate and supporter for your child.
