<h3>Time to Think </h3>Please join us for this free taster session and learn how the Time To Think approach, developed by Nancy Kline*, can enhance team working, creativity and performance in the workplace.Our speaker, Creina Schneier is a member of the Thinking Environment Global Faculty® and will introduce you to a way of ‘being together’ that promotes a sense of safety, vulnerability and creativity in the workplace. Key to the creation of this optimal environment, is the ability to pay attention and listen in a way that ignites people’s thinking. It creates an environment in which people feel that they, and their thinking, matter; learning and creativity are enhanced and a real sense of connection is established.About our speakerAs a member of the Global Faculty of the Thinking Environment®, Creina maintains an active interest in the development of this body of work as she continues to bring it to teams in South Africa and internationally. It is this modality that subtly informs how she facilitates team engagements so they become more ‘clear thinking’, energising, and inclusive experiences. Application of the Time to Think approach invites independent, robust, generative thinking to aid decision making, problem solving and stakeholder engagement. Creina teaches on the Executive Education programmes at numerous business schools and has provided academic supervision to MBA and MPhil students.
