TLM is pleased to announce to our centres the opportunity to carry out a moderation and support workshops, these are to increase the confidence and knowledge of:<ul><li>Compliance, Duty of Care, Centre Obligations, Centre Policies</li></ul><ul><li>Coursework requirements</li></ul><ul><li>Schemes of learning – organising coursework and exam components</li></ul><ul><li>Deadlines</li></ul><ul><li>Moderation process</li></ul><ol><li>Ways of submitting work</li><li>What moderation on demand really means</li></ol><ul><li>Standards exemplification</li></ul><ol><li>What is expected from describing?</li><li>Which criteria need evidence?</li></ol><ul><li>Accessing TLM resources</li></ul><ol><li>Moodle / Mahara as our “open source – share and share alike” platforms</li></ol>The workshop agenda:<ul><li>10:30 – 11:00. Meet and greet</li></ul><ul><li>11:00 – 12:30.</li></ul><ol><li>Compliance, Duty of Care, Centre Obligations, Centre Policies</li><li>Conflict of interest and Malpractice and Maladministration, how to identify, record and manage</li><li>Qualifications offered by TLM</li><li>L1 and L2 standards</li><li>Moderation process (Deadlines, moderation on demand, standardization)</li><li>TLM systems (Markbook and exam systems)</li><li>TLM resources (Moodle/Mahara).</li></ol><ul><li>12:30 – 13:00.
