Meet and greet</li></ul><ul><li>11:00 – 12:30.</li></ul><ol><li>Compliance, Duty of Care, Centre Obligations, Centre Policies</li><li>Conflict of interest and Malpractice and Maladministration, how to identify, record and manage</li><li>Qualifications offered by TLM</li><li>L1 and L2 standards</li><li>Moderation process (Deadlines, moderation on demand, standardization)</li><li>TLM systems (Markbook and exam systems)</li><li>TLM resources (Moodle/Mahara).</li></ol><ul><li>12:30 – 13:00.
