Transforming Lives Together is a locally based, passionate ‘faith in action’ advocate for social justice and equality. We aim to bring people together by stimulating and supporting ecumenical church social action to help communities flourish and thrive in the Diocese of Chester area. We work in partnership with Chester cathedral and are also members of the Church Urban Fund's Together Network

<h2>We are delighted to invite you to celebrate the ten-year anniversary of Transforming Lives Together in the Diocese of Chester. Whether you are already in contact with TLT, or you would like to<strong> know more about how we can work together,  we would love you to come along to be inspired and help us to celebrate!</strong></h2><h2><strong></strong></h2><h2><strong>There will be a talk from our keynote speaker JON KUHRT, CEO of </strong><a href="https://www.hopeintoaction.org.uk/announcement-welcome-our-new-ceo" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"><strong>Hope into Action</strong></a><strong>and Government Advisor on rough sleeping.</strong></h2><h2><strong></strong></h2><h2><strong>There will be opportunities to hear from different TLT social action projects from across the Diocese, from Places of Welcome to Filling the Gap and more.</strong></h2><h2><strong></strong></h2><h2><strong>You will be encouraged to make contact and share experience with others involved in social action in a variety of ways and contexts.</strong></h2><h2><strong></strong></h2><h2><strong>And what&#x27;s more... there&#x27;ll be FREE refreshments and lunch!</strong></h2><h2><strong></strong></h2><p><strong></strong></p>
