Toddler Yoga seeks to support the wellbeing of the adult and the healthy development of the child through a playful interaction between adult and baby.
Alice’s sessions consist of a combination of movements, stretching, games and songs to encourage children’s self-expression, confidence and awareness.
Toddler Yoga provides a great opportunity for adults to exercise whilst having fun with their children.
Simply book and turn up, the event organisers will know you're coming.
