Tommee Tippee are playing host to SleepFest – a brand new experience dedicated to inspiring and supporting parents and little ones with all things sleep, taking place on Friday 13th March at The Yard, Shoreditch. 
 
For one day only, parents are invited to join an open conversation about sleep and discover tips and tricks on how to create the ultimate haven of relaxation for both themselves and their babies.
 
So, what can festival-goers expect?
So, what can festival-goers expect? At SleepFest, guests can look forward to a series of engaging workshops, relaxing experiences and interactive group discussions – led by a panel of sleep experts and sleep-conscious parents, who know the shut-eye struggle only too well. Guests will include parenting gurus Rosie Ramsey and Rachaele (also known as parttimeworkingmummy), as well as Kathryn Dowling, a sleep expert qualified in the art of sound slumber for little ones. There will also be gentle, live music performances curated by MAMI, a collective of mamas in music, to help set the mood of SleepFest.
 
From creating calming scent sprays to comforting nursery posters, SleepFest will give you the tools to help create a soothing sleeping environment at home. And if this wasn’t enough, guests can indulge in Tommee Tippee retail therapy and parent pampering, to ensure they finish the day on cloud nine!
 
50% of ticket sales will be donated to The Lullaby Trust charity (www.lullabytrust.org.uk)
 
Timings: There are two sessions to choose from:
Session 1: 9am – 1pm (Doors open from 9am)
Session 2: 2pm – 6pm (Doors open from 2pm)
 
You can arrive at any time during your session (so don't worry if you're running late), but the main panel discussions will be held at 10:30am in the morning session and 3:00pm in the afternoon session.
 
 
FAQs
What does my ticket include?
Your ticket includes entry to the event for your chosen session, plus access to influencer talks, workshops, light bites and drinks. There will also be a goodie bag with treats.
Each ticket purchased is for one adult and one baby, but we would of course love to see any twins or triplets! 
 
How do I get to the event?
The venue is a short walk from the following train and underground stations:
7 minute walk from Liverpool Street station
10 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street station
12 minute walk from Old Street station 
We recommend travelling by public transport but if you are driving, please note there is no parking onsite but there are several car parks all a short walk from the venue.
 
Can I take my buggy into the event?
We kindly ask that you leave your buggy in our secure buggy park at the venue and encourage you to bring your sling along.
 
Will there be baby changing facilities?
Yes, there will be baby changing facilities onsite.
 
Will there be entertainment for children?
The event is focused on parents so there won’t be any entertainment specifically for children. There will be a small creche area onsite, but this will be organised on a first-come first-served basis with 1 hour slots, so we cannot guarantee a place. We do encourage you to bring your sling along to hold your baby during the activities.
 
What food and refreshments will be available?
There will be free light bites and refreshments served for adults but please remember to bring any snacks / food or drink that your little ones may need.
 
What if I’m running late?
You can gain access into the event at any time within your chosen session, however the main panel discussions will start at 10:30am in the morning session and 3:00pm in the afternoon session
 
Is there wheelchair access?
Yes, the venue is fully wheelchair accessible.
 
T&Cs:
You can request a refund up to the 13th February 2020, after this date tickets are non-refundable. Please note the Eventbrite booking fee cannot be refunded.
Parents remain responsible for their children at all times.
 
Filming & Photography:
Please note that for promotional purposes, there will be filming and photography taking place during the event. As a condition of attending this event, you agree to being featured in any promotional photos or videos taken at the event.
We will be capturing content of the speakers, workshops and crowds. We will not be taking photos of your babies directly but they may appear in some content of the crowds. We would never publish a photo of a child with their name or any other piece of information that could later be used to identify them.
