This workshop will explore how to support parents in Islington who have young children (aged 1 to 5) with managing parental worry.

Join us at Conewood Childrens Centre to learn tools and tips on how to manage parental worry.

Workshop Aims:

  • To learn more about why parents worry, when it might be helpful and when it may cause difficulty
  • To learn more about why young children worry and how it looks different from adults
  • To provide some tools and tips on how to manage your own worry
  • To provide some tools and and tips on how to support your young children with their worries


This event will be open to Islington parents of children aged 1-5 years. It will feature group discussion with activities, participation will be encouraged.

Please Note: Only parents who live in Islington or have a GP in Islington are eligible to access this workshop. Only one ticket is needed per family to avoid double bookings. This workshop is only open to parents and not professionals.

This workshop will be facilitated by Dr Fraser Anderson (Clinical Psychologist) and Megan Hind (Assistant Psychologist)
