We offer free training to help develop your fitness and improve your running times.
By signing up to take part, you are confirming that you are fit and well to participate in running and exercise.
If you have any existing medical conditions, please check with your doctor that it is safe for you to train.
If you feel unwell during the course of a session, please stop exercising and inform the group lead.
Please ensure that the group lead is aware if you’re unable to continue and need to leave the session early.
If you have any special needs requirements, please let us know.
We have a roaming photographer taking pics of the sessions for the purpose of promoting the club. If you do not wish to feature in the photos, please let the organiser know at the start of the session.
