For many counsellors and psychotherapists core training focuses on the long-term nature of relationship development, trust and exploration of the clients life, past, present and future. However, in the real world of budgets, funding criteria and waiting lists, long-term or open-ended therapy is not always an option, nor always is it required.....

In this workshop, Jenny shares her top insights, tips and interventions from her years of practice for working in short-term time frames including single session work. 

Jenny is a UKCP registered Psychotherapist and DBT Practitioner. She is Director of RHCP, and clinical lead of our specialist therapies services. Clinically, Jenny specialises in working with clients with complex emotional dysregulation and trauma including in both short-term and long-term therapeutic contracts.
