Tortellini Making Workshop

Learn how to flip and make one of the most delicious (and cute) types of pasta: tortellini.

Tortellini are a very famous and legendary type of pasta originated in Emilia-Romagna, Italy. The true origin is disputed between Modena and Bologna, even though the name "Tortellini Bolognesi" has claimed their worldwide fame.

Together, we will learn how to prepare the filling and the characteristic shape of this pasta. Unfortunately we won't have an original Italian grandma doing this, but someone who was trained by one :)

Together, we will learn:
- how to prepare and fold the tortellini
- what kind of filling they need and how to make it
- prepare a good broth to eat them together at the end!
