Tower Hamlets Support for Startups is a free programme for early‑stage businesses and Tower Hamlets residents running businesses who are ready to move and start scaling with intention.

It’s designed for ventures trading for 6–24 months that are working hard but need clearer direction, stronger fundamentals, and support that actually fits the reality of running a small business.

This programme, delivered by Allia, focuses on practical, real‑world challenges such as sales, strategy, cash flow, and scaling what’s already working.

The programme centres around a practical Scale Up Workshop, followed by tailored expert input, such as tax, accounting, and legal consultation. Sessions run weekly on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with a hybrid delivery to fit around busy schedules.

This is not a generic startup course or theory‑heavy programme. It focuses on the real questions founders are facing right now: where growth is getting stuck, what to prioritise next, and how to scale without burning out.
