Develop the skills to train others in safe, person-centred Medication Administration in care settings.

This Train the Trainer – Medication Administration in Care course is designed for experienced professionals who are responsible for delivering medication training within health and social care settings. The course provides participants with the knowledge, confidence, and teaching skills required to train others safely, competently, and in line with current legislation, best practice, and regulatory expectations.

The training combines up-to-date medication management guidance with adult learning principles, enabling participants to both understand medication administration and effectively teach and assess others. The course covers safe practice, error prevention, documentation, and accountability, while supporting trainers to deliver engaging, inclusive, and compliant training sessions.
