Training Masterclasses:  Financial Contribution Guidelines

We have a sliding scale as a financial contribution for the masterclass. How much you pay is up to you — the sliding is just for guidance, and it is a request not a demand.

How much do I pay?

You're welcome to choose more or less than suggested. We've created these rates as we feel it is important that you are not from joining due to financial barriers. We trust that you will contribute an amount that works for you and/or your organisation.

Question 3

Organisation rates: Solidarity rate, £85

Accepted Answer

For organisations with annual budgets up to £500,000. The highest paid staff member is paid up to £30,000/year or there are no staff members

Question 4

Organisation rates: Sustain rate, £155

Accepted Answer

For organisations with annual budgets between £500,000 and £1 million. The highest paid staff member is paid between £30,000 and £50,000/year.

Question 5

Organisation rates: Full cost rate, £180

Accepted Answer

For organisations with annual budgets between £1 million and £4 million. The highest paid staff member is paid between £50,000 and £80,000/year.

Question 6

Organisation rates: Redistribution rate, £250

Accepted Answer

For organisations with annual budgets above £4 million. The highest paid staff member is paid more than £80,000/year.

Question 7

Individual rates: £50–£180

Accepted Answer

Please pay according to how much you can afford and the level of privilege that you hold. 
If you are able to pay more it allows us to give more opportunities to those who might not otherwise have a chance to participate.
