The Zoom link and password will be sent out before the event – when you receive this link please do not share it with anyone else. Please only attend the session you have booked and do not share this with anyone else. Places are not transferable and the name/email used to book must be for the person attending. Each person attending must be booked separately via Eventbrite. Places are limited so if you can no longer attend please cancel your place to allow others to book. This applies to both FREE and PAID SUBSIDISED tickets. You are able to cancel your place yourself via Eventbrite up to 7 days before the event and if you have a paid ticket you will receive an automatic refund (minus Eventbrite fees), less than 7 days before the event you will need to contact us at community@dva.org.uk to cancel your place, but will not receive a refund.
