Founded by Sinem Er, Now Yoga offers;• in-person and online yoga classes private and to groups• yoga trainings• workshops and events• yoga holidays/retreats.Yoga Alliance USA registered Yoga School (YA School ID: 218021)Sinem Er is  an experienced and committed yoga teacher, and she's assisting and inspiring others on their yoga journey for more than 10 years. She mainly teaches Vinyasa yoga and Buddhist meditation techniques, but also proficient in diverse yoga styles.Her root teacher is Cyndi Lee, the first western female yoga teacher to integrate yoga and Buddhism. She studied with her and many other world-renowned teachers for many years and with hours of training and teaching experience under her belt, she became a Yoga Alliance USA certified E-RYT 500 and YACEP teacher (YA ID: 147459), which made it possible to train teachers.She was featured in Linda Sparrowe’s book Yoga At Home – Inspiration for creating your own home practice published by Universe Press and Yoga Journal among many other world-renowned yoga teachers in 2015.

This experience invites you to release any inhibitions and connect deeply with your body and spirit. Through freeform movement and ecstatic dance, you can tap into your inner creativity and explore the depths of your desires. Together, we will celebrate the arrival of spring and embrace the renewal and rebirth that it brings. Join us on this journey of self-discovery and liberation.This time, our theme is ‘REBIRTH’ The energy of The Spring is a warm energy, one of rebirth and new ideas. Our focus will be on rebirth, rewilding and shedding the unwanted layers of our old selves whilst stepping into transformation, just like Mother Nature does herself at this time of year.Accompanied by an amazing hybrid live set by Selin Asar and live visuals by Daniel Shutt from WeAreMidnight, we’ll once again combine yoga and dance to lead us back into our bodies, surrendering with deep understanding that just like a butterfly, in order to transform we must go inward. Through freeform movement, we’ll aim to let go of tightness, to breathe through changes and celebrate our vitality and life force as we become the butterfly, spreading our wings and living life wild, free &amp; on our own terms.No prior experience is necessary. As a classically trained musician, Selin&#x27;s passion for electronic music began when she started writing her own vocal lyrics and melodies. Her debut single showcases her unique sound, blending her Turkish roots with contemporary beats to create something special. Selin has been thrilling audiences with her genre-bending performances at popular venues since 2019. She loves to harmonise Ambient, Electronica, Downtempo, Organic, Ethnic, Progressive, Afro, and Melodic House. Her live performances are mesmerising, with her skills in creating vocal harmonies, loops, and improvisations all coming together. Selin is also a co-creator of Trance&#x27;n&#x27;Dance events, a unique fusion of yoga, ecstatic dance and a live hybrid DJ set that promises to transport you to another dimension. With Selin at the helm, you can expect a hybrid musical and mystical experience that will leave you feeling energised, centred, and connected. She finds great joy in sharing the teachings of yoga and as a Yoga Alliance USA certified E-RYT 500 teacher, she&#x27;s been training teachers since 2012. She sees the yoga practice as a reminder that everything is interconnected and interdependent and vinyasa as a physical expression of this fact. Her classes are an invitation to practice placing the attention on the breath, the body and the mind, noticing everything that happens on the way and making friends with it all.She works with UHNW individuals for private sessions, teaches public classes and workshops around London. She offers mindfulness and yoga workshops and events for corporations. Additionally, she organises yoga retreats in heavenly locations and creates on-demand yoga and meditation content for online yoga platforms. On several occasions WAM has been commissioned to create light installations and public art pieces within UK and Europe.
