Exploring the use of materials used in his exhibition <a href="https://henry-moore.org/whats-on/claye-bowler-top/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Top</a>, Claye Bowler will explain his process of using silicone, alginate, plaster and latex, guiding you to make small casts.Casts made in the workshop will be small, rather than full body. Body parts such as hands may be cast, but there is no requirement to undress or to cast from a body.Techniques will cover how to cast small objects, such as rocks, bottles, or a carabiner. Attending this event<ul><li>Please bring something to cast – this could be a small object, or you could use your body</li><li>If you choose to cast a body part, there is a shower available. You should bring your own things to shower with afterwards (soap, a towel etc.)</li><li>All materials and safety equipment will be provided</li><li>No moulding, casting or sculptural experience needed</li></ul>Tickets<ul><li>This event is free, but spaces are limited to 10 people.</li></ul><ul><li>Tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.</li></ul><ul><li>This event is only open to trans people</li></ul><ul><li>It will be hosted in a private room, with only trans people allowed in the space</li></ul><ul><li>This workshop is intended for adults aged 18+ and is not suitable for children</li></ul><ul><li>Our toilets are accessible and gender neutral</li></ul><ul><li>The session lasts for three hours, with a break in the middle</li></ul>The exhibition <a href="https://henry-moore.org/whats-on/claye-bowler-top/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Claye Bowler: Top</a> is on view Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00–17:00, until January 15 2023.
