<h2>Welcome to Getting on Board&#x27;s Festival of Trusteeship 2021 </h2>We are so excited to bring you a week of online events to celebrate <a href="https://trusteesweek.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Trustees&#x27; Week </a>. From Monday 1st November through to Friday 5th , there will be 5 events a day which explore a range of topics, from learning about trusteeship, refining your skills, getting to grips with recruitment processes and pausing to reflect on the biggest issues Boards face. All of the Festival&#x27;s events will be taking place virtually on Zoom, and you will be sent the joining instructions once you complete the Eventbrite order for each event you&#x27;d like to join. All events across the Festival of Trusteeship will be recorded. Event recordings will be sent following the festival to all who booked a ticket for the specific event. Therefore if you are interested in the event but can&#x27;t make it live, please do still book a ticket as you will be able to access the recording. Please note, the recording may be paused during sensitive and personal conversations during sessions and this is at the facilitator&#x27;s discretion.Ticket prices are as follows:<ul><li>£15 per event for corporate and public sector employees</li><li>£5 per event for charity sector employees, volunteers, trustees students and unemployed people</li></ul>You can buy a weekly pass which gives you access to all the sessions across the week. You can purchase this by completing the order on an event you&#x27;d like to attend, and choosing &#x27;weekly pass&#x27;. This will generate a code in your confirmation email which makes the rest of the events free to book on to. The weekly pass costs:<ul><li>£75 for corporate and public sector employees</li><li>£25 for charity sector employees, volunteers, trustees, students and unemployed people</li></ul>Please note: this session is free to attend but you still need to book via Eventbrite in order to receive the joining instructions. <h3>Transform - Information Session</h3>Over an hour, you will hear about Getting on Board&#x27;s flagship programme which guides and supports charities who are committed to diversifying their board through open recruitment. This session will be led by <a href="https://www.gettingonboard.org/kathryn-sullivan" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Kathryn Sullivan</a>, Getting on Boards&#x27; Transform Programme Director. Everyone is welcome to attend any event, regardless of their position, but we thought it&#x27;d be useful to share who might get the most out of each event. This event might be of particular interest to: <ul><li>Chairs of their Board</li><li>Senior managers of their organisation</li><li>Trustees involved in recruitment processes/nomination committees</li></ul>This event is the one in a series of connected sessions which explore how to openly recruit trustees with diversity in mind.
