Clare’s work bridges embodied therapeutic practice with research and social impact, and she is currently writing a number of research papers in collaboration with University of Huddersfield.Early findings show The Walters Method to be not only effective in reducing stress, but deeply transformational, supporting long-term psychological change and greater relational capacity.
