Keynote Presentation: What happens when DEI goes wrong?

As part of its D&I journey, HomeServe took the decision to reset all of its diversity data and recategorise it in line with forthcoming Financial Conduct Authority requirements, and to also make sure that only data that was going to be acted on would be recorded. Lyndon will share their journey so far and future plans.
