Welcome to the Transformational Breath ® One Day Retreat!
Join me on Sunday, September 14, 2025 at Arch Health & Fitness in Kew for a day of relaxation, rejuvenation, and self-discovery. This in-person event will start at 12:00 PM and is the perfect opportunity to focus on your well-being and inner transformation. In this one day immersive experience with 2 Facilitated Breath Sessions, you will learn how you can consciously change your chemistry, outlook and attitude by changing the depth, rhythm and rate of your breathing. This one-day retreat is designed to help you learn Transformational Breath® and receive tips to optimize the power of your breath.
This retreat is perfect for those committed to self-discovery with limited time and for anyone wanting to explore and deepen their practice. Experience a lighter, freer, and more relaxed body and mind in just one day. No previous breathwork experience is needed.
Transformational Breath ® focuses on three main areas – increasing physical well-being, improving mental and emotional states, and spiritual expansion. Suitable For:
Breathwork has benefits for everyone, and this workshop is suitable for individuals over the age of 18. No previous breathwork experience is required. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please contact us directly to discuss via info@mybreathingpath.co.uk.
During the breath sessions:
- Get comfortable on the mat for a guided/facilitated breath journey using connected breathing, sound, movement, and hands on to facilitate the opening of the breath. You will learn this powerful technique while experiencing the combined benefits of these supportive elements.
- Relax on the mat for 10-15 minutes at the end of each breath session to fully integrate your experience
Mats, pillows and blankets will be provided. Please bring your own water bottle.

Yes, the workshop is designed for individuals of all experience levels. Whether you are new to breathwork or have previous experience, you'll find the session accessible and beneficial.
Please bring a water bottle. We will provide mats, blankets, and pillows. However, for added comfort, feel free to bring any special blankets or cushions that you prefer. We advise you to wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing with minimal belts and jewellry.
The workshop is open to individuals aged 18 and above. However, participants of all ages who are interested in breathwork are welcome.
